Information we collect

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, preferred service, location, property details, budget, dates and message. Photographs, floor plans and documents are optional. Please remove unrelated personal information and do not upload identity documents, bank details, health information or photographs of identifiable people unless we specifically request them through an appropriate process.

Our hosting and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs when delivering and protecting the website.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond, assess your property or accommodation requirements, prepare proposals and take steps at your request before a contract. We rely on the contractual basis where this applies. For other business enquiries, service administration and proportionate security measures, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with you and running a secure service. We may also keep information where required by law. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing.

Your enquiry and any attachments are delivered through our form-processing service to our monitored mailing systems. External services and changes

Airbnb, Booking.com and the direct-booking provider operate their own services and privacy notices. Some website imagery and fonts are delivered by external image and font providers, which receive technical connection information when those resources load. We will update this notice as the website and services change.
